MANUFACTURING

The manufacturing activity of the company is divided in 4 areas: machining, boiler shop, electrical installation and assembling.

Our manufacturing system is characterized by its general agility and quick answer in repairing and constructing urgent components or pieces.

The Machining Workshop is in an industrial building with a total area of 970 m_². It is equipped to handle big pieces and disposes of :

Bridge cranes up to 30 tn.
Lathes up to 10 m.
Milling machines up to 6m long and 3m between columns. Equipment for deep drilling.

The Boiler Shop has a work area of 1.000 m_². It is prepared as well for dealing with large pieces.

Bridge cranes up to 50 tn.
The most advanced welding equipment.
Machinery for working metal sheets (folding machines, guillotines...)
Special tooling for manufacturing large equipment.

Electrical Engineering Department, which coordinates the electrical installation, the PLC and PC programming.

The Assembly Section manages the installation, set up and revision of our machines. It is compound of highly skilled personnel and with a lot of experience.
